*There is a $160 butcher fee per whole ($80 for half, $40 for quarter) plus $1.20/lb added to hanging weight price to calculate the final cost.
We offer grass-finished beef at the following hanging weights 4.50/lb for a half cow and 4.25/lb for a whole cow. The flavor tends to be leaner and more "gamey".
We recommend grain-finished due to the marbling and tenderness, as it helps cattle form intramuscular fat. It has a rich, meltier texture, and incredible flavor thanks to the aging process. Contrary to popular belief, pasture-raised, grain-finished cattle from well-managed farms still live healthy and enjoyable lives.Â

Placing a deposit guarantees your cuts and reserves your spot in line. We'll hold your meat hostage (in the best way possible) until you arrive.

What do I GET?
Every single cut is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. Refer to the comprehensive list of cuts provided below for more details. Keep in mind that the weights listed for each cut are approximate, as the muscle sizes can vary from animal to animal.
Ground Beef
MINIMUM OF 50% GROUND BEEF: If you select all the roasts below and don't turn any into ground beef you should expect a minimum of 50% ground beef.
MAXIMUM OF 75% GROUND BEEF: If you only select the tasty steaks and turn everything else into ground beef the maximum is about 75% ground beef.
*The option of ground beef in 1lb or 2lb packages. Your preference of steaks in packages of 1 or 2.
Chuck
Your choice of chuck steak, chuck roast, or ground beef.
