Grass-Fed Beef tends to be a leaner, a bit tougher, and has a "gamier" flavor because of the natural feeding environment.
Grain-Fed Beef is our personal favorite! It is known for marbling and tenderness because grain helps cattle form intra-muscular marbling. We use Non-GMO hay and barley during the finishing process.
Contrary to popular belief; pasture-raised, grain-finished cattle from well-managed farms still live healthy and enjoyable lives.
