Grain-Finished Beef ($2.90/lb Hanging) is our personal favorite, known for marbling and tenderness because grain helps cattle form intramuscular fat. It has a rich, meltier texture, and incredible flavor thanks to the aging process. Contrary to popular belief, pasture-raised, grain-finished cows from well-managed farms still live healthy and enjoyable lives.
