This option provides you with the most tender cuts that can all be cooked on the grill and includes an abundance of dry-aged ground beef. This option is great for those who love steaks, burgers, and using flavorful ground beef in a large variety of recipes. This option does not contain any roasts, so if you prefer a tender roast over a juicy burger, check out our “Roast” option!

Grill Option Includes: Ground Beef (about 75% total weight)
Rib Steak, T-Bone, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin, Top Round Steak, Sirloin Tip Steak, and Chuck Eye Steak (about 25% total weight)

Grain-Finished Beef ($4.25/lb hanging weight) is our personal favorite, known for marbling and tenderness because grain helps cattle form intramuscular fat. It has a rich, meltier texture, and incredible flavor thanks to the aging process. Contrary to popular belief, pasture-raised, grain-finished cows from well-managed farms still live healthy and enjoyable lives.
