This option provides you with all the tender steaks you love, along with a large variety of dry-aged roasts that are delicious when prepared low and slow. This option is great for those who love to get creative with roasts prepared in a slow-cooker, pressure-cooker, smoker, or oven. You get a smaller amount of ground beef with this option, so if you prefer a juicy burger over a tender roast, check out our “Grill” option!

 Roast Option Includes:

Steaks: Rib Steak, T-Bone, Top Sirloin, Tenderloin, Cube Steak, Flank or Skirt Steak (about 25% of total weight)

Roasts: Chuck Roast, London Broil, Sirloin Tip Roast, Rump Roast, Small Brisket, Short Ribs, Stew Meat (about 35% of total weight)

Ground Beef (about 40% of total weight)

Grain-Finished Beef ($4.25/lb) is our personal favorite, known for marbling and tenderness because grain helps cattle form intramuscular fat. It has a rich, meltier texture, and incredible flavor thanks to the aging process. Contrary to popular belief, pasture-raised, grain-finished cows from well-managed farms still live healthy and enjoyable lives.
