Locally Raised Bison- Whole or Half Order
Bison is lean, super tender, high in protein and nutrient rich. We're excited to announce that our all-natural Bison is available for custom order, ready for butcher in August!
Place your $500 deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, and we will reach out to you prior to butcher with a custom cut sheet to fill out!
Price will be $7.00 per pound on the hanging weight for a half, and $6.00 per pound on the hanging weight per whole. The butcher costs will be separate, and will add approximately an additional $700 per whole order and $350 per half order!
In total, you can expect a whole to be cost about $3,400 and yield about 290 pounds of lean, tender, nutritious bison meat! Expect a half to cost about $1950 and yield about 145 pound of meat!
