Custom Cut Pork

Our hogs, a Hampshire/Yorkshire cross, are exclusively finished on corn and yield approximately 100-120 pounds of cut and wrapped pork.

Non-refundable deposit, reserves order, goes toward total cost.

After you start your order you can select all your preferred cuts and curing/smoking requests. Below is the estimated total cost not including smoking, curing, or seasoning costs.

Half

1/2 Hog Cost Estimate: $380-$450
Hanging Weight: $3.25/lb

Whole

Whole Hog Cost Estimate: $650-$800
Hanging Weight: $2.95/lb

*The total estimated price includes butcher fees but not smoking, curing, or seasoning costs. There is a harvest fee of $90 plus $1.15/lb added to the hanging weight price to calculate the final cost.

PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT

Placing a deposit guarantees your cuts and reserves your spot in line. We'll hold your meat hostage (in the best way possible) until you arrive.

PICKUP IN-STORE

Once your order is prepped and ready, we'll let you know. Swing by our store to pick up your personalized meat masterpiece. You can pick it up from our Washington state store locations in Connell or Loon Lake.

What do I GET?

Every single cut is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. Refer to the comprehensive list of cuts provided below for more details. Keep in mind that the weights listed for each cut are approximate, as the muscle sizes can vary from animal to animal.

Ground Pork

You can select up to 3 seasonings, however keep in mind there is a 25 pound minimum per flavor! If you don't opt for many cuts to be ground, you will be limited on sausage selection!

PLAIN GROUND PORK: No additional cost.
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE, ITALIAN SAUSAGE, OR CHORIZO: Add an extra $1.00/lb

Pork Shoulder

Your choice of shoulder steak, shoulder roast, country style ribs, or sausage.

1/2: 10 LBS
WHOLE: 20 LBS

Pork Loin

Your choice of pork chops, pork loin, or sausage.

1/2: 8 LBS
WHOLE: 16 LBS

Pork Spare Ribs

Your choice of spare ribs or sausage.

1/2: 3 LBS

Pork Belly

Your choice of bacon (cured and smoked) or side pork.
