It has a rich, meltier texture, and incredible flavor thanks to the aging process. Contrary to popular belief, pasture-raised, grain-finished cattle from well-managed farms still live healthy and enjoyable lives.

Grass-Finished Beef ($9.99/lb) tends to be leaner and has a very "gamey" flavor because of the natural feeding environment- however it is a flavor that some enjoy.
