Taco Salad

This is one of those recipes that you really don’t need a recipe for, but here’s my take on it anyway!

Taco Salad is great for summertime dinners in my opinion. In Winter I always want warm comfort food, but during summertime, I crave cold, fresh foods.


1 pound ground beef

2 Tbsp Spiceology El Taco Seasoning (Salt-Free)

(Optional) add salt to taste

Cherry tomatoes

Spinach (or other salad base)

Cooked sweet corn

Cooked black beans



Salad dressing of choice (I recommend ranch dressing!)

Cook ground beef with taco seasoning, make sure to cook until it gets a little crispy! It’s easiest to do this in a cast iron pan I’ve found.

While that is cooling down a bit, put together your salad with all your preferred toppings. lastly, top your salad with ground beef, then your salad dressing!

Healthy, high protein, and so easy!
